"Bought a Pistachio cream steamer and when I got the cup it felt like empty sure enough it seem full to the top but waited a few minutes only to see half the cup was foam and the rest my actual drink, I paid $5 for half a cup of milk air/froth, what a rip off, never again, they do the same thing with the ice and you think you are paying for a full drink but No you are getting half for the price of a whole one!!"
