"I live around the corner from this gas station and frequently buy lottery tickets and occasionally you get lucky and win on the scratch offs this particular morning I brought my winning tickets and I never have an issue, the attendant there tossed the scratch off back to me and stated that I need to scratch off the barcode. as a customer I have absolutely no knowledge of where a barcode is located, as a customer we play Lottery the inner workings and Redemption process that is done at the register is not of our knowledge the attitude of the attendant was not only disrespectful but does not show customer service. She told me she does not work for the Florida Lotto and is not required to do anything if that is the case then Lottery license need to be revoked"
