"Visited for an early dinner on a Sunday afternoon. Per the waitress, they were much busier than usual... But we were seated immediately. Service from Ariel, I assume that's how it was spelled, was outstanding! Burgers were cooked perfectly to our request of medium. The Estate Burger was one of the best burgers I've had, ever! The jalapeño creamed corn was a nice change and also excellent! The kids even raved about their burgers. Highly recommend stopping in!!!!"

"Great location, atmosphere, and food. The service was less than stellar. And the required “service fee” is basically a required 20% tip. I’m a very good tipper for great service. But I very much overpaid tip in this case. It took 10 minutes to be acknowledged by our server. Drinks came after our appetizer. It seems the team approach to service here was disjointed at best. It also appeared our server had too many tables to manage (at least 7). Not a dig on him, but management should pay attention- Orlando is a service Mecca and this isn’t up to par. Food was outstanding though, so I’ll give them that. The cooks had it going on in the back. And they rarely get credit."

"This was my first time in this location. The location and atmosphere were great. Our server, Demi, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted. The food was delicious. The clean and green burger was the best vegetarian burger that I have eaten. I will definitely come back to this location. Thank you for a great experience."

"The food was great. The required 20% service fee was a bit much for the extremely inattentive awful service received. The team model does NOT work and neither does the "your server never leaves the floor" nonsense because she was no where to be found for an extended period of time we waited needing boxes and our bill. Had to stop some other server and ask for our waitress and he ended up coming back and just helping us get boxes and the bill. The food was great. The experience and staff was not and definitely not worth the required 20%"
