"John the bartender was our server & he was absolutely amazing! Food came out fresh and it was delicious! The manager Julian was very attentive making sure we had everything we needed! We will be back for sure! These guys are awesome!"

"I was very very very appreciative and impressed by Jayce’s (male employee) customer service. He was very polite and professional. I placed an order online for one order of nachos for curbside and arrived before it was done. I called to let them know that I arrived and was waiting for my order and they said that my order would be ready in about 5 more minutes, and my food would be brought out to me as soon as it was done. 35 minutes later after that call, not only did no one come out, but I wasn’t even notified of my order being ready so I went in to see why I had not received my order yet, and the order was just sitting there as if they had no intentions on ever bringing it out. My food just sat there. I can understand if it was busy, but it wasn't and when I got back to my car I looked at the food and it looked very poorly made and looked like it was going cold. I went back in and spoke to Jayce asking for it to be remade and told him my issue. He was very professional and patient about it. He listened to my concerns and apologized on everyone’s behalf and quickly went to correct it. The nachos were still disappointing but better than the first but the customer service from Jayce in particular was OUTSTANDING!! He needs to be recognized."

"The service was okay, but my real problem was the food. It was me and my party of 7. My sister ordered her meal and she found a cockroach in her side of broccoli. We politely called over the server, so we wouldn’t make a scene. She took it over to who I think is the general manager. The GM came over and said he would take care of our bill to make up for the mistake. He came back and said he was only going to cover our three most expensive meals and an extra $20. We still ended up paying for $120 for okay service and a roach in our food. We spent the entire time looking for any other bugs that may have made their way on to our plates. I personally don’t think anyone should pay for that."

"My husband and I decided to go to Applebees while on vacation because we had a gift card. We decided to order pick up so that we could eat at our resort. I ordered the double cheeseburger with bacon, fries, and a side cup of ranch. My husband ordered a grilled chicken salad. We were upset with the way the food was prepared. The two burger patties looked like they were for a kid’s meal or sliders. There was no mayo or sauce on the burger. They didn’t put my extra ranch in bag (I paid for it). The salad was unimpressive as well. Absolutely nothing about these meals made us want to buy them again. This was a poor performance for a restaurant that is known to be a late night restaurant. We will not be returning to this location."
