"Horrible and rude service the worker Wendy was disrespectful and beyond impatient and rude when asked to remake drinks that were clearly DECAF WATERED DOWN COFFEE instead of regular coffee as we asked. The manger is no help he insisted on me not contacting corporate and still did not provide me with a number.and the place looks nasty and dirty ."

"I order on the app, and everytime I get there, it's either ready or almost ready. If they mess up the order, they have no problem redoing it. No problems with customer service, food is always hot and ready."

"When I went inside I asked the cashier and the manager about caramel crunch and or craze coffee. The reason i was asking is because they no menu up and running on inside of the store. The two of them had no idea what i was talking about. Then i left saying I'll right my review (manager said you to that sir) with a sarcastic attitude. The worst customer service ever. Then i went outside to leave looked at the outside menu their was my coffee. This store needs new management"

"Nicer people working now. Been going for years every morning for coffee. I pay for extra shot every single time and every time I never drink my coffee cause it taste like milk and caramel mix together. They also need to work on some manners. I know they see me every day but a good morning would be the respectful thing to do."
