"Horrible service, terrible experience! The only time I went to that store, it was completely empty, I was the only one there. Nobody came to help me for about 3 minutes so I called for someone to come help me. A transgender came out and and gave me an attitude, he told me someone would help me out in a minute. In a polite way I asked him why I had to wait so long if I was the only customer in the store. Acting like a drama queen he grabbed the phone and told me he was calling the police because I was being aggressive. I know it sounds like I am making it up but I am not, this was my exact experience at that Dunkin Donuts. The other girl that was working there begged me to stop talking to this guy or girl whatever you want to call it, because he was gonna make a scene, like he always have done in the past with several clients. So I decided to leave and never go back. Anyways, who needs Dunkin Donuts when all they sell is unhealthy junk that nobody is supposed to be eating. But the point I am trying to make is how a business can have employees that treat customers so poorly!! Shame on you Dunkin, you should hire better employees!!"
"Great customer service. Naomi and staff were so nice. Truly went the extra mile to help us. The place is clean and full of smiles and more. We will be back for sure. Today we got a gift card and she even told us about the envelope and wrote the name for us. My handwriting is terrible. Anyway you should give this location a try."
