"Unprofessional, used my nephew’s supplies for other kids, they do not feed the kids nutritional meals , they eat cornbread for breakfast. Very rude when speaking to parents."
"I went to tour the daycare, the lady was rude. And seen a couple of dead roaches laying on the ground and around the center. If I could give no stars I would my kids would never !!!!!!!"
"I was duped into believing this was a good childcare center based on reviews I saw online (at the time held a 4.7 star rating) now after experiencing it for myself, i can confirm that ANY 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FABRICATED I was very displeased with my experience with this childcare center, the facility director lacks compassion, respect and empathy for families and especially the children... she pestered me the entire 4 weeks my children were enrolled every single day but when you have a issue about something it is dismissed, aside from that she closes last minute with little to no notice, there's an app that they are supposed to use to communicate with parents and take photos and they did not use the app at all, as far as im concerned there are no cameras or anything for security purposes inside of classrooms, my son told me all he ate was corn & bread every single day for "lunch" and he was given milk but he doesn't drink milk and he wasn't allowed to get water so he would come home dehydrated everyday ... over the course of 4 weeks i was constantly told to send wipes, i sent about 6 packs of wipes for my infant and he was getting his clothes sent home every single day like they were not changing him on time? then he came home with another childs diapers on twice so clearly they arent keeping up with whose items are whose or they just don't care, the director decided to disenroll my kids because we got into an altercation about her and her staff not feeding my preschooler breakfast because "it was past the cut off time for eating" which is 8:30, gag is i originally brought my children to be dropped off at 8:10 that day BUT because there were problems with THEIR PAY SYSTEM over the weekend (which caused me to not be able to pay) so upon arrival she literally made me put my kids back in the car drive to a random atm downtown Jacksonville at 8 am where i could've been stuck up by myself with 2 children to go get her money so they could be dropped off ... when i returned it was literally 8:32 and they thought it was okay to not give my baby breakfast and it was a whole thing from there... i should've ran after they spend the first DAY there and i seen how she operated because she have all these dumb rules like she's such a professional but she really just don't care about the families she supposed to be providing "childcare" services to because another one of her "rules" is that if the child is not there by 9 they cannot come EVEN IF THEY HAVE AN APPOINTMENT! literally the first day my infant had a 4 month check up at 9:30 am, which i scheduled at that time because i am a college student and my first class begins at 11 so i have to schedule my kids around my availability, she literally told me he could not come even with a doctors note! and tried to say reschedule the appointment like that's something i can just easily get an appointment for i had already waited 3 weeks for this appointment so i just had to do what a mother has to do and literally missed class the first day when i paid for care... bottom line is this place is a major red flag just go elsewhere save your time n energy"
"If I Could Rate Lower, I Would. She Isn’t Feeding The Kids Breakfast, Using Materials Brought For One Child, For Other Kids . Disclosing Other Families Info, When The Families Should Be Put On Probation From Even Coming To The Day Care. Because It’s Harming To The Other Kids && Families . She Only Care About Money. Now My Family Has To Suffer, Because I Said Something. Which Any Parent , Whose Spending The Amount Of Money To Have Their Kids Taken Care Of Should"
"I’ve never had a bad experience with them. Mrs. Valerie is very understanding, trustworthy & treats me and my child like family. Her staff is amazing, always friendly and welcoming. My daughters been there since a baby and they’ve taught her so much. I’d recommend this daycare to anyone. !!"
