"I apparently have never truly had a donut until today... OMG. Duck Donuts is the only way to do donuts. Warm and fresh out of the fryer, then coated and drizzled and topped brilliantly in your desired toppings. It's perfection as far as donuts go! The Blueberry Pancake is a must try!"

"We just stopped here before we hit the road heading back to Winter Garden. The gal who served us was very polite and friendly. We love Duck Donuts and visit one when we are near one. Hopefully they open one closer to us. Highly recommend trying their donuts and shakes very tasty. Great attitude and happy person!!"

"The food is always delicious here, sadly the service misses the mark. There were only two employees working that I could see and it looked like one was the manager and he was running all over the place trying to get things done. It definitely seemed like they were short staffed. The reason that I gave the poor service rating was because they completely skipped my order and I had to wait approximately 15 minutes for my food. I am trying to be understanding that is why I gave the overall rating four stars. I really hope that they work on their staffing and order handling because this place would be a complete 5 star location."

"We’ve been in Ft Myers 2 years and just now discovered this shop as I have a friend visiting who loves donuts. I decided to bring her by and we were thoroughly impressed. I know it will now be a regular staple during our weekend errands! We were back a second morning in 3 days today. Lol The donuts are made fresh to order with a vanilla cake donut base and so many topping options. It’s like warm cookies, BUT BETTER! Danielle was super helpful this morning and they even gave my husband a party box for his birthday. 10/10 would recommend. I don’t know all the flavors we chose today, but I do know they were all good. Lol"
