My coffee was great, as always. It would have been nice if the delivery driver would have been able to add in my ketchup for me, but the bag is actually sealed shut so she couldn't do that. Could she have grabbed a couple ketchup packets and brought them with her separately? Sure, she could have done that. But that's the separate app and that's not what I'm reviewing right now. Just would be really nice to be able to add a request for condiments, utensils, sugar packets, etc. when using their delivery app."
