"BEST STARBUCKS IVE EVER BEEN TO. The lady who took my drive through order waited for me to taste my drink before driving off! Then I went inside to use the bathroom and it was ACTUALLY CLEAN! BRAVO!!"
"This location has started to charge for a tip when you order. It even showed on the register the Grande hot tea was 3.45 and showed 1.00 gratuity before I was prompted to add it. And they dont put the print out on the drink or I would have included a picture. I always tip a dollar anyway and this has happened twice now. I know the prices I go to several stores in fort Myers and am offended by this."

"Staff is kind and courteous. The lobby is always clean. The items I frequently purchase are always available. I saw a few negative reviews regarding no wi-fi? But wi-fi is, in fact, available and I had no issues connecting and working from my laptop. One of my favorite locations."
