"The person who was working, who call himself manager the morning of 2-16-23, instead of telling costumers they can’t add extra items at the window in a rude way because you have line in the drivethru, maybe use a different approach, maybe ask costumers to go inside and pay inside, treat your customers with respect. Is to early to have such bad attitude."

"Skipped the drive thru and went inside, mistake. Needed restroom(clean)Staff was busy with drive thru and each other, they got my coffee amd forgot all about my bagel amd donuts even though I’m the only one in the line inside. Disappointing. Manager needs to look into that one-staff is very slow and forgetful to respond to walk-ins. Go to the drive thru for faster service."

"The drive thru employees have been pleasant each time I’ve come. They do a great job of making the grilled cheese and it’s big. The coffee is always good hot or cold."

"The food and bakery products here are generally good and my order is usually accurate. However, today, the coffee I ordered had what smelled like spoiled milk, and it did not seem safe for consumption. In addition, I had used the mobile app to order it, and I had to open a whole case through their online system just to get a 5 dollar refund for a coffee. It shouldn't be this complicated to get a refund or replacement for a beverage."

"This Dunkin is located on the westbound side of Daniels Parkway, a very busy roadway and there was certainly plenty of traffic today. It's set back off the service road and that makes it slightly more challenging to access. They do have a drive through. My coffee was very good and I couldn't tell you if I did or did not also have a donut with it. Tables were clean and they do have a public restroom here. On a Sunday morning at 7am, it was not at all busy and yet one person came in with a problem with their drive through order. So be sure to check your stuff before you leave."
