Reviews of Dunkin'
"It’s just dunkin. Pretty solid and quick even when there’s a long line. Unlike a lot of other Dunkin’s this one has never served me overcook/burnt/dry food which is nice."
"Cashier Irene is really nice and she is away from the two stars I added. The reason why I added 2 Sears is that the other lady in the back made my order way too fast ( even I was the only person in line) and made my avocado toast taste very cold and barely baked with a tiny pinch of seasoning on the half of the toast"
"This is the very first Dunkin I've ever been to that the carmel macchiato was terrible and tastes watered down big time. Was the worst. I didn't go back after I had tasted it, because I was working, didn't have time to. So basically I waisted money on a very poorly made iced coffee. I will not ever go back to that Dunkin again. Seriously, the worst."
"I would love to complain about the long line, but that's expected from a new place (especially so in the morning for a breakfast place). What I will say is that the architect who designed this shop's layout must have been drunk. The entrance to the restaurant is inside Holmes Hall, but the exit is outside. I first assumed this was an issue with the manager's planning of the the queue, but the pick up area was designed to be near the exit. All that is really just a minor grievance. Today my rating decision was solidified, though. I waited in line for 20 minutes. During this time I had the opportunity to hear the supervisor yell, "Come on, ladies! Let's push them through!". One, there were male employees at the time so this supervisor needs to learn to respect all her employees. Two, we're not cattle, we're customers. Without us, this restaurant ceases to exist. When I finally got through the line, I'm told they don't make old fashioned without the glaze. I'm well aware of supply and demand, but unfortunately, this is the first DD which doesn't have the one donut I buy. Three times a week I visit the DD on corkscrew road for two donuts and a coffee. This shop was supposed to simplify my mornings. This is more of a personal complaint than a statement of the overall quality, but this place is just too frustrating and when combined with what I've said in this review, I can't bring myself to give them anything more than two stars. 2/14/17: Looks like they carry old fashioned donuts now, just like every other Dunkin Donuts. I'll take that as a sign that they're listening to their customers."
"I have only been to this Dunkin donuts 2 times since they opened and have not been satisfied from either one. I frequent Dunkin Donuts all the time at least 5-6 times per week. However, I tried to go to this one in between my classes today but when I placed my order, the girl at the register put my order in wrong as she did the first time I went in. The first time I had ordered a caramel iced coffee with extra cream and regular amount of sugar, however I received a plain iced coffee with extra cream and sugar. The other girl gladly remade my coffee to my liking. Today however, I ordered my coffee the same as the other day but this time the same cashier as the first time put it in as a mocha swirl instead of caramel swirl. I also ordered a bagel w/ cream cheese not toasted but after waiting almost 20 minutes I asked about my bagel and they said someone else must've taken it and they made me a new one however they toasted it and put the cream cheese on the side, I told them it was untoasted and they got me a new bagel and put a very light amount of cream cheese on the side which I am very disappointed about. I have been unable to go back yet since I had to go to class."
