"How hard is it to give someone what they ordered especially when they placed a mobile order I asked for a large cup of coffee the cup was large but the equivalent of coffee in the cup equal a medium I tasted no sweetener I am just utterly upset because this keeps happening I go there because it's convenient but if I can't get what I ordered I will have to make other arrangements the other location on 41 is not that much further away!"

"Second time here and it still wasn’t a good experience. The woman at the drive thru window was rude and had attitude off the bat. First forgot my donut and then after I pulled away and checked my food it was also wrong. Went back in and she had an attitude about fixing it and honestly probably just about me coming back in."

"I placed a large (catering size) coffee order to be picked up early on a Saturday morning (11/11). When I arrived, everything was perfectly packaged, ready to go. An employee even helped me load it into my car without me even having to ask. The store was very busy due to a race in the area and the employees were all going above and beyond. Whoever runs this location did an EXCELLENT job hiring their staff. They were all friendly, hardworking, and very efficient."
