"I went to this location today at 2:12 pm and was received by a rude barista stating that a drink I have been drinking for years cannot be modified how I requested even if I pay extra she basically said NO WAY and made it sound like she would lose her job if she made it! I then told her I just had one yesterday and she stated where? I told her at another location and she said that’s cause other locations don’t follow the RULES! So I then changed it a different way. Finished my order and I was upset but willing to let it go. I then proceed to get my drink when a different barista named JULIE approaches me and tells me just so you know we aren’t allowed to modify this drink like this either. And then as if to intimidate me she says I am a shift manager! So I then tell her that in that moment if I wanted to I could order the drink on the Starbucks app the way I like it and it allows me just by paying 70 cents more and in a condescending tone she said that Starbucks hasn’t updated the app that’s why it’s allowing you. Making it sound like Starbucks is incompetent that they can’t even update and app apparently because according to Julie and the other barista this change happened for quite some time ago and I have just been getting my drink done by a bunch of rule breaking baristas at other locations and even at this location a week ago. I am mind blown because since when does the Barista Promise not apply. Since when you can’t change the milk you want in your drink and add extras. Even paying extra apparently at this location Starbucks doesn’t want extra money."

"I am not normally the guy that sits in coffee shops let alone a Starbucks. I run in get my things and go. I came in a couple days ago and had such a pleasant experience. The staff was so helpful. Dan in particular explained the Oleato for me. I’ve been back just to start my work day the past cpl days to have my coffee and answer emails . It’s a small thing but has made my days better."

"The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. I spilled my entire coffee on the table and floor and they didn't let me help them. They cleaned up my mess quickly, efficiently and with a smile in their face. They also replaced my drink at no cost. I felt so embarrassed but this team is absolutely amazing and I am very grateful for the way they handled my situation. Thank you very much guys. GRACIAS!!"

"Employees are more worried about checking their phones at 60 second intervals than customers. I ordered a sandwich that somehow was overlooked and after 8 minutes I left after having paid but never received it. Simply said the customer service was non existent. Self service would be considerably better."
