"Ordered a normal Caramel Latte but got something with a thick dry foam with like soggy rice crispies caked all in the top. The mix is flavorless and disgusting with the texture of muffin batter. Been ordering the same thing for many years from other locations and never received this viscous concoction in of sludge. Horrible."
