Dunkin'

"This Dunkin is pretty consistent on how they make my drinks which is uncommon for other locations. A simple request I have is for the staff to put the jelly on the bagels again instead of throwing it in the bag with a knife. I’ve never had any problems or concerns with the staff, they are always pleasant!"

"The last several times I’ve come to this Dunkin it’s been a very unpleasant experience. They need to hire more staff. Drive thru moves at a snails pace, one car every 5 or so min, sometimes longer. Then when you get to the window to get your order, they usually need you to wait even longer and pull around while they complete your order, adding another 5 min (I’ve waited longer than that before too). This morning I placed a mobile order and waited in the drive thru line for 15 min before I even got to the speaker. This Dunkin has really gone downhill the last few months and sadly, I’ll have to eat somewhere else. I don’t have the time to wait 20-30 min to get my food."

"Second time I come here and both times was horrible!! No donut holes. They don’t know what they sell on their own menu. They have me waiting outside for a drink that never came. ( we had to go inside and grab it) won’t be coming back. Kids that work there think it’s a joke. Franchise is bad. Avoid."

"I went to get half a dozen donuts and a small coffee. The donuts are way to expensive at 1.29 each and the coffee tastes horrible as the team members don't clean the machines. Also don't go get stuff here in the morning inside the store as they will ignore you until you remind them of your order multiple times. Thank you Mary for making my 5 min trip into half an hour one by being genuinely bad at your job. I get these are minimum wage employees but c'mon 1.29 for a donut and 5$ for a small coffee, that's insane pricing."
