"Great atmosphere, great customer service! I just didn’t like their food. Their hot chocolate taste like plain milk. The Cuban sandwich has a sauce that makes the sandwich taste way too sweet. The frappe I got was okay but I’ve had way better. I got sick after eating the food. This was my first time going. It’s unfortunate because I loved everything else."

"I ordered two paninis and two iced coffees and ended up paying about $40- which I could have overlooked except my panini wasn’t even toasted and they were going to charge me an extra .50 cents to add mayo…. A panini is toasted that’s what makes it a panini. The girls at the front were super friendly but the food is overpriced and not good. Very disappointed."

"Had to take parent to Dr appt and Vanessa's is right next door. I welcomed w/a friendly smile & efficient service. Quaint plant w/out all the "propaganda" of the big "Sb" franchise. Loved the soft instrumental music piping through & the calmer atmosphere. Really nice place!"

"I had not come to this place and I think it was debut and farewell. A lot of promotion, a lot of photos, a lot of posts and nothing to do and it's just that... marketing. They do not have a face-to-face menu so one can be carried away by the photos. The coffee we ordered tasted bad. (I left it full and that's saying a lot). And from the breakfasts, I expected a better flavor, but it was not! I believe that when it comes to having business, one should think... quantity vs. quality. And for what one pays, at least they bring it to the table. Well no, here you have to look for it and then throw it away. I'd like to give it a second chance... (maybe I wasn't lucky). I can't deny that the place is nice and clean."
