"Came to buy two coffees. The Hazelnut is totally watered down and I don’t think they use light cream either. I went back for extra hazelnut because we literally could not taste it and they asked me for more money!!! REALLY!"

"The one African American girl that was working was very rude, and made our coffee terrible! Ordered 2 iced coffees and they were hot and not flavorful! Then she only made one drink, I told her I had another drink also, she asked for a receipt as if I was lying! Drinks were terrible and I would've had asked to speak to a manager, but my family and I were pressed for time. I was a military wife and I travel the world throughout my life and this location Dunkin service and coffee was the worst I’ve had in my entire life! They don’t honor rewards for dunkin customers also! Wait was 25 minutes for terrible coffee and service!"

"At this Dunkin' in the Saint Cloud Service Plaza, these are NOT street prices so be aware. They do have kiosk ordering so that you can see exactly how much you're being charged for your caffeine boost. Add 50 cents per coffee cup to what you would be paying at a Dunkin' off the turnpike. And the donuts/sandwiches are more expensive too. I did like the kiosk so I didn't have to wait and bunch up. The coffee tasted the same as it does at other Dunkies locations, so that's a plus. I just don't like being taken advantage of in this semi-captive audience."

"I’m guessing this is one of the busiest Dunkin’ Donuts locations in the state. The kids were happy to get their food (I had coffee & sorry, didn’t care for it much). The service here is painfully slow & they appeared to be understaffed. Otherwise, teenagers enjoyed their food & donuts on our road trip. This stop looked clean overall & was conveniently located."
