"Had a wonderful birthday experience on red cup day! Jake was the best cashier very polite and helpful! Had a minor issue with my breakfast wrap being out of stock but Jake made it right. Drinks and food came out fast!! Sarah the barista was very communicative about when our order was almost complete. I really appreciate that."

"This morning I came to a different Starbucks than I normally do to treat the family since the peppermint mocha is finally back! I pulled up and saw the drive thru line wrapped around the building my first thought was ughhh I’m gonna be here forever but I was completely wrong!!!! I went inside to place my order instead of drive thru. I went inside and it was just as busy but I was willing to wait at that point. I placed my order almost immediately! Everyone behind the counter was working so well as a team even though it was sooooo busy I have worked in the food industry for years and to see how well everyone worked together was truly remarkable! I had all three of my coffees in less then 10mins and by the time I got outside the line for drive thru had been taken care of almost completely! This whole team that was on shift truly deserves some gratitude for their hard work and on top of it all my coffee is perfection in a cup!!!"

My husband is always creating his own coffee recipes. He enjoys the service and friendly environment. The coffee shop also provides snacks and other products such as mugs, etc."
