"Bummed. I was so excited to have this location open and have a Dunkin near my office. There is a big difference between the hiccups that come from training new staff and a staff that literally doesn't care about the product of their customers. Ordered two bagels with cream cheese - not only was the variety of bagel wrong but there was such a miniscule transparent layer of cream cheese spread across this dry bagel that I'm left wondering if they're rationing the same single serve amount?! Also ordered 2 coffee cake muffins. When I looked in the bag they did not look appear like the normal delicious coffee cake muffins I'm used to from Duncan. When I asked the girl working the drive through "are you sure these are coffee cake?" her level of IDGAF rose just enough to assure me they were. Nope. blueberry filled AF."
