"This place is dirty. The floor hasn't been swept in a while nor have the tables been wiped off. Service is slow and there are enough service staff to keep the place clean and quick service."

"Pretty sure I just paid for yesterday's old stale doughnuts. The three stars go out to the fact that employees were really nice. It completely caught me off guard that the drive thru traffic was blocking the street instead of using the drive through driveway. It was morning rush hour traffic, I pulled in from Dale Mabry, and dunkin traffic was blocking the outbound Brighton plaza road. Again employees were cool. Super nice too."

"As a former barista, this place is embarrassing. If you can't function at a high paced job, don't work at one. It shouldn't take 10 minutes to grab matcha powder when there are 2 people in your drive thru. I waited, my friend went inside and waited, then I finally went to Starbucks, where my drink was ready in 30 seconds. Seems like everyone can get the job done except these guys."

"This is my favorite location for coffee. The 24h location on Kennedy is always terrible but here the ladies are friendly and laughing with customers and it's just great. I usually have to wait in the parking lot for them to open and I'm at that speaker waiting so I can get to work on time. Never once anything but super friendly smiles."

"First off you can not hear the masked employees due to the mask and the huge sheet of plexiglass that are between the employee and the customer. Food was almost soggy and hash browns were nasty. I really wanted to like the food as I was grabbing a quick bite prior to having dental work done. Will not return to this establishment or another dunken if this is the poor quality of food they serve."
