"First time here. Tried to order from the machines, my card declined with NFC, swipe in and inserting methods. Went to the till. The lady was speaking very quietly and was trying to listen. The communication of ordering a single item was poor. Even though we went through my order at the end two of the ingredients were missing. In the middle of our discussion she showed signs of frustration when I was supposed to be frustrated with what was going on. I was kind and smiling to her and after the order I am just angry wanting to make this review. Poor experience"

"Ordered food and it was set out but I was never notified it was ready. So everything was cold. Don't order a bread bow. You get almost no soup. Falls short of the quality you should expect. Being from St. Louis where panera started, this location is a far cry from what this business used to be."

"Passed on the food and got a soft drink. There are self serve ordering stations (??) Not sure..they were not functioning. I waited 10 minutes behind a person who seemed to order just a little bit of everything. Cramped dining area...zero charm. It is a chain, so I don't expect warm and cozy. I only went because it was a meet up spot."

"Bad customer service, the servicer wa. She gave me the order without the bread side and when I went back to get it she pull a piece by her hand and handed it to me without plate. They put 2 order in one small plate and gave me the side in my hand. The staff will make you feel unwelcome to dine in. They look like they are forced to work and they don’t get paid."

"I just ordered lunch here and had it delivered, and I am not very happy with how my sandwich showed up. I asked for extra sauce because they usually only put on a little bit, and the employee totally went overboard. They covered the entire sandwich on both sides, and it was leaking out the sides. To top it off, the bread was all mushy, and they left off the lettuce. It is extremely frustrating when you pay over $20 for a half and sandwich and half a salad, and this is how it shows up."
