"Coffee was not good. Slow moving. Long lines. I'm waiting for so long for coffee that I don't want. One of the person was nice."

"This is a franchise location and it is understaffed. It took 20 minutes for me to get my drink and they don't sweeten the drinks and just point it out to you on the side. Employees are rude to customers as well when they ask about the status of their drink after the long wait times."

"I ordered a medicine ball from the Starbucks at Gate 71 yesterday around 8:25am. After 35 minutes, I had to abandon my drink to make it on my flight. Also, I couldn't get a refund because I had to wait for a specific employee. It's very evident to me that these girls have no prior experience making drinks in a fast paced environment, or they simply were not trained well. The only one that seemed to be moving fast was the black girl, everybody else took their sweet time. If you have somewhere to be in less than an hour, don't even bother. I rather waste $5 than the $145 I spent on my ticket. Hopefully y'all do better in the future, that actually ruined my morning."

"They don’t know how to make drinks there. I asked for a Venti brown sugar shaken espresso with 5 shots. They gave me milk on ice with a splash of coffee. Don’t waste your money. Coffee at chick fill a is much better. I asked to re do it and the guy said that’s how it’s done. Rude and unprofessional."

"Ask about extended wait times :( After waiting fifteen minutes in the Standard Mournful Starbucks Queue, the dispirited girl working the counter mentioned there would be an additional 20+ minute wait. This would have put us up against boarding time. Bummer. Rather than trailing in late for boarding, we decided to forego the Overpriced Scorched-Bean Starbucks Swill. No great loss. The good news is that as we rounded the corner we discovered the fabulous Cafe Con Leche Coffee Shop with a Delightful Staff and Energetic Brew just in front of Gate C34. How sweet it is! :-)"
