"Very disappointed with my experience here today. I stopped in to get a quick breakfast sandwich and a coffee and it took almost 30 minutes! They only had one young cashier up front, which seemed odd to me… you would think they would be more prepared for a busy Sunday. I received my drink relatively quickly but waited another 10 minutes for my sandwich after already waiting in the long line to begin with! Enjoyed the food but will likely not be returning."

"I ordered the Sausage, Egg and Cheese Bagel. The bagel was fantastic, everything on the bagel, not so much. The egg was unseasoned, rubbery and almost watery to taste. Not undercooked, but just tasted bland and watered down. The sausage was pale in color and flavorless. There was cheese, but again low quality. I’m in the restaurant business, I know things are out of control with food cost and labor, but that is a product I wouldn’t serve to my guests. Again, the bagel was absolutely fantastic."

"This place has great bagels and even better donuts!! The donuts were a variety of different flavors you can’t find at a chain donut store. We got blueberry cream and toasted coconut. I also got a caramel iced latte which was very flavorful and reasonably priced. We will be returning next time we’re in the area!"

"Really disappointed in our breakfast this morning. I specifically ordered the meat and cheese sandwich (no eggs) with bacon and cheddar cheese. Well, breakfast was delivered with eggs on it and the bacon is just a handful of greasy soggy bacon and barely any cheese. In addition, they placed two chocolate frosted donuts on top of each other and threw them in a bag. Now, one donut has no frosting and the other has too much. I’ve not had the best luck from either location and it’s definitely not “an off day”. They genuinely don’t read the orders and don’t care at all about quality."
