"Second time I’ve had a problem with this location, this time 1/3 items were ready in the time it was supposed to be. Waited patiently for rest to be done and the barista comes and asks what were waiting on, we tell them the name and they say “ we don’t have that “ and continues to work without bothering to ask to see our receipt or what we’ve ordered, I then have to say “ can we show you our receipt “ and he continues to work and ignore us. I go up to another barista and show them what we’ve ordered and they tell me “ we’re still working on it “ after the other just said it’s not in the system. We wait AGAIN and eventually the rest comes. Service needs to be more courteous and attentive. And not just ignore customers when being spoke to. Also communication between employees is lacking heavily."

"First class Starbucks . First of all I just stopped in dressed in gym clothes . Kelsey was so sweet when she greeted me and was so patient because I always have a particular order . It was a tough morning and she was super nice as I talked about it for a few minuets . Ashley was also really nice when I came back for a chocolate chip cookie . Melanie and tori were so sweet . Joe got my order super fast . Honestly this has been my best Starbucks experience. Thank you to the amazing people who work here ."

"Great location at The Grove Plaza. Confortable seatings and meetings areas, indoor and outdoor are also available. Well kept and clean restrooms. Offers nice merchandise selections and Prime Coffee Beans Bags to go as well. Awesome Costumer Service by Pat."

"Been here twice. The first time I went drive through, and they were out of chocolate croissants despite it only being 10 in the morning. Second time, even though there were no lines and very few people inside, it still took over 20 minutes to get a Frappuccino. Maybe since it’s new the employees are still learning, but that’s an absurdly long time to wait for a drink when you’re the only order they’re working on. However, the space itself is nice, very open, and filled with plenty of places to sit and relax."
