Juan Valdez Café

"Go to San Julians, the coffee is better ive been told and the workers are terrible here. I went into the Cafe to grab a few coffees. I was waiting at the front for about 5 minutes and no one came to greet me. I then saw a worker in the hallway on her phone. So I said "excuse me" "hola" then I said it louder. She didn't move. Then I came around to the side she was on about five feet from her and asked if I can order. I know she heard me. She smirked but didn't respond. So I knocked some coffee off the shelf to see if she would do something. She didn't. So I picked the coffee back up, put it on the shelf and walked out. I almost bought Juan Valdez coffee from reseller Fresh Market but no, I will never."

"I had this shop on my to try list and so glad I finally made it! The shop is spacious, modern, beautifully decorated with inside and outside seating (limited). The staff is nice, friendly, attentive and more than happy to answer any questions or make any suggestions. Since I needed an afternoon pick me up, I ordered a latte with oatmilk and a pan de bono. Both were tasty, flavorful and made to order. You can tell that the ingredients are good by the taste of each item. I loved that my coffee was not bitter and it was smooth. I will definitely be back and keep it on my rotation list when I am around the area."

"Juan Valdez is amazing, I’m so excited they’ve been opening up more locations in Orlando. They have great coffee and frozen drinks - especially the Arequipe Nevado. Not to mention that their quality is so much better than Starbucks. We went last night and the staff was very friendly and we could tell they made our drinks with care. Give them a try, you won’t regret it!"
