"Jolin and tray. hade that worse attitude. Jolin got mad because there was that last croissant, and she said that she couldn't sell it because it was her lunch. And then we ask tray a question and give us a bad attitude."

"Mobile ordered two items my first item came out I wait additional 5 minutes went up to front counter to say I was missing my drink employee stated it will be out I spotted a drink similar to the one I ordered sitting by cash register drive through finally after waiting 15 minutes they grab that same drink and put in the mobile order section I then walked to the counter to advise them that I saw my same drink sitting there and they didn’t say a word and I walked out. SMH when I asked should have looked instead of ignoring me I order often from Starbucks so I know the wait and it can be hectic but unacceptable"

"Service was bad. I placed a mobile order and waited in the mobile order line, I wasn’t greeted and the person behind me was taken care of before me although she walked in after. I was never greeted by anyone in the 8 minutes I waited for my coffee. Eventually my name was called and I was on my way. Drink was made perfect , and the atmosphere of the building was nice ."

"This isn’t my usual starbucks but we stopped because we were both so tired. I’m so glad we did! We went inside for our drinks and Jolene was genuinely the best barista I’ve ever had. So kind and helpful ♥️ We will definitely be returning! Thank you guys for everything! :)"

"Very dirty It seems that no one has wiped the tables and chairs for more than a week. Everything is in crumbs, wet couches. the floor is dirty. Does the administration save so much on rags and cleaning staff? The owner and manager should be ashamed. Cocktails are delicious, it's good that they are in disposable dishes. I made video, but reality is much worse."
