"Order was not correct, drinks not marked, had to try the drinks to find out they were wrong, food was cold. I was told they had no ice, I parked and went inside to find that they had ice and had to fix my own drinks. Staff very rude when asked to fix the mistakes they made. Cheese not even melted on the hamburgers. Almost $40 wasted on trash food and service."
"Went thru to get my family.food since we have all been sick and I had to go around again due to missing items. But since I had to defend my receipt I was upset because the manager older lady looked at me like I was lying, once all the food was given it was cold and I wasn't going to deal with her again. I ordered a double combo it also had 1 meat patty on it. I am a food service manager so I fully understand the hiccups and shortages that make the day harder. But to treat ppl like theives when it was your mistake loses business."
"0 star if I could the garboons working don’t know what a plain burger is and rushed are food out even though it was not busy at all and it would take less time to make a plain burger don’t recommend this Wendy’s unless they hire new employees. Ordering took longer than waiting for the food the worker was so mentally disabled. Can’t believe we got serviced like this and people like this want 15+ a hour. Don’t go to this Wendy’s. I’d recommend driving to a further one or just going somewhere else. This experience no joke made me question my existence."
"We got a family chili on December 1 and I had called before my husband went to make sure they had the family size. I spoke to a very nice young man named Shawn (sp) and he told me they were out of the family size but he could give me they equivalent in large containers of chili for the family size price. He said chili would be ready around 11 to 11:30. I called back a few minutes before 11 and it was ready. I told Shawn what I needed and my order was ready when my husband arrived. Shawn was a pleasure to speak with and it was the best experience I have had with any employee for a very long time. Shawn thank you. We really appreciate you."
"Food was excellent, service was superb. Only drawback was trying to find parking. Handicap and mobile orders take up most of the parking. Only one other party of 3 people inside but had to drive all the way around building to park without having to hike in from the back forty. Not cool after dark."
