"It's a McDonalds, the same as most of the others. Food has gotten more and more expensive while portion sizes have gotten smaller and smaller. Customer service is still pretty good, just remember saying "No Problem" when responding to "Thank You", is not the same as saying "Your Welcome" or "My Pleasure"."

"I was there last night after the Plant city parade. It was crazy and I have to say that the staff handled it very professionally and the customers were horrific. It was very obvious that they were not prepared for this amount of people but they still smiled and did their best. The customers, however, were rude and impatient. Get it together people. Being rude to service workers it’s just not OK!!!"

"We stopped while traveling through. Looks like a new McDonald's with modern furnishings. Kiosks used for ordering. Friendly staff and if you sit inside they bring the food to you via table tag."

Blank Screen:

"Sitting and sitting in the drive thru line at 5am. Finally called at 5:10 am Employee answers. Was told they were closed and not opening until 6am because they had a "little issue last night ". Then turn off your drive thru lights or communicate to your customers. You advertise you are open 24 hours. I will never be back."

"The staff was very friendly, although it seemed very disorganized. We ordered at the self checkout, and had almost no interaction with staff. There was Noone at the register, and I had to ask for my cups once I received my order. The restrooms were kept clean at least!"
