Dunkin'

"So 9 out of 10 people do not look at their receipts but I happen to look at my receipt this morning. I received a bagel a sweet tea with no ice because Dunkin Donuts always fill cups to the rim with ice, then put your beverage into cup. Then I noticed that they charged me $0.70 for two local items. So I called back asking what was the 70 cents for.? They said that I got no ice which is 70 cents, little ice is 35 cents. So they're charging you for not getting ice. What has the world come to!!"

"Let the manager ms Cindy know a corporate and police report will be filed on Janiya Griffin for her aggressive attitude and disorderly conduct. I’ve never been scared that I was going to be fought by an employee for asking for the mangers name before in my life. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Verbally assaulting an autistic customer who orders from this Dunkin 2-3 times a day and slamming the drive thru window while yelling. Also the laughing employee in the back while Ms. Griffin or Griffith screamed from the window was the icing on the cake. All for asking for hot cocoa powder in my hot coffee like I do at least 2 times a week."

"The ice coffee was amazing and had wonderful flavor. The only thing lacking was the jelly filled donut. It took several bits before even getting the the jelly and it was barley worth it."

"Slaaaay. Stopped here with my gals to prep for a road trip. We all got the chocolate caramel cold brew. Unfortunately at this time they were running out of it so they had to make more before filling our orders. They worked fast and were very good at catering to us. Coffee was good and sweet but not too sweet or bitter/burnt tasting which I feel happens a lot. The inside set up is very nice and clean cut. Donuts were tasty as well. Would love to have a relaxed morning here or just a cheap breakfast option!"
