"Very good experience I love going to that store"

"I was followed around the entire time I was here. I was here for an hour and a half. I don’t know why. At one point, while browsing through their books, the same woman employee (heavy set with black hair…larger and younger than the other employee of the same description) stood just off to the side of me to “adjust” the mattresses and talk to another employee nearby, but keeping me in her sight at all times until I got to the register. Every rack I went to, she was there…”straightening up” the rack, so called putting things away right next to me. I observed her pulling a pair of red pants from the plus sized section (where I was) and walked away with them. A moment later, she came right back and put those same pants on the rack. If I was looking at something for too long, she was right behind me. It was very uncomfortable. I’m going to take it upon myself to post every time this is done to me. It’s been happening a lot at Goodwills in South Florida, but I’ve never spoken up about it before. That ends today because it’s getting ridiculous. I left at 528pm."

"I have been buying in this store for more than 6 years, but to this day they have not wanted to return a dress bought in this same store, even so with the purchase receipt in hand. The worst, the manager in charge doubts her clients for 10 dollars. Terrible customer service from this manager. Goodwill: Be careful who you hire for this position - No solution for the client"

"The store was very organized and had a big selection of clothing. This is where I saw the Miami Runners sports bra. Not much in the way of furniture and only a small selection of housewares."
