"This is a brand new Starbucks to our little town. I was so excited! The inside seating is mostly tables and chairs. They do have a few more comfortable leather chairs in the middle. It is one big open area so rather noisy. They also have a nice shaded patio area to sit. The drinks/food are Starbucks quality and were made correctly. I did a mobile order and had to wait a bit. They were fairly busy. Sadly the employees were not friendly and seemed stressed. I am hoping it is because they are new and still learning."

"The drinks don't taste the same as other locations, I really think they need to retrain for their drinks. I know it is their recipe because another employee remake it, and it tasted the same. The employees were nice. I appreciate that. I ordered a hazelnut Frappuccino and got a hazelnut milk frap. I couldn't taste the coffee on both occasions, I never had that happen at Starbucks before. Waited a very long time for our drinks too. I know they are new and hope they figure out quickly, or this location is going to fail"

"Not worth going here. I waited 45 minutes inside and there was no one ahead of me, just the drive through. They put so much ice in the frapps it just tastes like ice and milk. So much ice she had enough for another venti frap and asked me if I wanted the extra. I told her that’s because she put way too much much ice in there. I told her to remake it with less ice. She says “oh it wasn’t on the ticket so I didn’t know.” They make the drinks wrong and need to be retrained. They just leave the milk out. I saw 3 different gallons of milk half full just left on the counter. Sick! Not only that but they make a slop and work in it. This place is brand new and there’s milk and coffee drippings all over the cabinets. I took pictures of the messes! They are completely out of everything even the coffee for the frapps. I asked if they could use expresso instead, he said yes then tried to charge me for it!!! Whoever is managing this place needs to be let go and a more experienced manager needs to be hired. I won’t be back here again."

"Honestly, an average wait time at a Starbucks during rush time, which I think is amazing for a brand new location. Drinks were made correctly and delicious and the staff was super friendly in spite of the endless stream of cars. So thankful to finally have a Starbucks in Citrus!"
