"This place is so cute and rustic, I had the Chai Tea latte and it was so good. They even put cinnamon on top!! It looks so homey and open inside, the tables are spaced out and give you room to talk and enjoy your coffee. You guys rock! Keep up the amazing coffee brewing!!"

"I was so excited to try this place yesterday. When I walked in, this place was packed and I have a child with me. I knew we have to order the coffee to go. My son wants to try their ice cream and he was very disappointed we couldn’t just sit down and enjoy both what we want. I do also realized there are two old couples walked in after me and disappointed they can’t find a table to sit. They have to ask a guy who work on computer to share a table. This was not the worst part. When I tried to order the coffee, the lady was very cold and a little bit impatient. I want her to recommend me what’s their most popular latte. She has no smile on her face and very impatient. That’s again not the worst worst part ! I still wanted to give them a chance to try a really good coffee. In the end I can’t believe “how lucky “I am going to this coffee shop. Once I got my hot latte, I walked out of the store . I tried the coffee and it spilled all over my clothes. I wore a white shirt on the day. We were lucky my son didn’t get burned on his face . I wanted to go back to tell the lady she didn’t cap the cup better and half of the coffee went to waste. But thought about how unlucky I am. I decided just walked away. I spent almost $10.00 for a cup of coffee and a cake pop. I do believe a horrible customer service and small details could really hurt the business. I was about to tell all my friends and family to try this place. But it ends up I almost get burned on my body and everything was a big turned off. We won’t ever go back!"

"Cute! Little coffee shop, has ice cream coffee and other baked goods and meals as well. I tried their pumpkin spice latte and was pretty good. I don't know that I would prefer it over other pumpkin spice lattes that I've had. Overall the service was good, and it is a nice and cozy hangout!"

"I found this place on Google driving by seem super cute and a whole vibe. And sure enough it is a beautiful place! So why 3 stars? My sandwich was ehhh... I can buy from the frozen aisles in the store. Which I bet it was. My sandwich cheese was cold in the center ate around it. And honsetly threw away the other half. Service was okay, mentioned it was my first time. But in the other hand, coffee was delicious! It was strong and not too sweet but sweeten just right. They have milk substitute and not just almond milk."

"Have you ever walked into a new place and thought, "Where has this been all my life." I have lived In Carrollwood for 15 years, and this is a gem. When you walk in, you are welcomed by a chill and calm vibe. People greet you as you walk, and you feel like you are at a neighborhood café. I wanted a hot caramel latte and ordered a Fox Tail English muffin. Fast, fresh, hot, and delicious. I enjoyed my first visit and look forward to returning."
