"Worst attorney in my life. Margaret is absolutely horrible! I would not use her at all. She doesnt respond to emails or phone calls. She is horribly rude on the phone she will not let you speak, express your concerns or explain anything without mowing over you. Your attorney is supposed to make you feel better she makes you feel worse every time you talk to her. She doesnt care about her clients i have 2 minor children and she could care less about them or protecting them. She knew we had a hearing didnt call me until 10 mins before a hearing rushing me through an update on my children so she can say something in court. I asked her to set up a meeting with the state attorney 3 times and she refused to answer my email or requests back. After weeks of asking i confronted her asking if she even tried she said no because she has never had anyone ask that so didnt even bother to try or ask me why and she told me she didnt bother to try after weeks of asking. I had an emergency situation and she filed it the judge gave her 2 dates one was the next day one was a month later and after asking for a few weeks for updated she told me the hearing date. When i asked her why it was an emergency and it was so far away she then told me she was actually given two dates and she chose the month away one for a situation that was an emergency without even consulting me until i called several times over a few week span for an update. She told me on the phone that she didnt respond because she had back to back trials which made me feel like my case wasnt important to her. I then asked her for a contact number for the company she works with where she was assigned my case so i could get a new attorney before the hearing when i told her i would like to contact someone myself because you dont respond to me and i dont think you will have it done because its clearly not important to you she said i think this conversation is over and hung up on me. Refusing 2 times to give me a contact number. She is not at all a professional, reliable or good attorney at all. My honest opinion is i don't think anyone should use her and she should not be an attorney. Worst experience of my life working with her. Not one time did she fight for me or represent me well. Please, if you are looking for an attorney especially to fight for your babies anyone would be better than her."

"Every time we went to court she was very unprepared. I gave her a $5000.00 retainer and now she will not give me my left over monies back or send me and itemized invoice. I left her several emails and phone calls she is ignoring them all. I would never recommend attorney Margaret E O'neill to anyone. I am very disappointed with her services. The way she represented me falls nothing short of disgusting"
