"Their burritos must be great because that’s what the line was waiting for. All I ordered was a simple iced coffee and noticed the cashier rang me up for an iced latte which is $2 more. When I went to say something then he says “oh we are out” ok so you are just going to charge me for a completely different drink instead of saying something? He tried to tell me it was the same which after 6 years of Starbucks barista experience I can tell you it is not. So then switch to just a basic hot coffee. Go to the hand off plane where the barista was actually trying hard to juggle everything. She hands me my cup with some milk already in it for my coffee which I have to get myself out of the carafes. The bold roast was empty so went for the other one which was completely lukewarm! The barista did get on brewing new carafes right away but the wait was long and there was no help or sense of urgency from the cashier to assist her. After all that the coffee was just ok. I always tip but this time I’m mad that I did."

"WOW WOW WOW. We got two breakfast burritos - one chorizo and one chicken. Both absolutely delicious. Make sure to get the aioli to go with it. Really fun vibe and kind employees, too. The lattes were okay. We had vanilla and lavender."

"Best coffee in Grayton Beach! My husband and I tried all the local coffee shops on our trip and Hotz was the only place we needed to come back to! We got to sample their new house-made caramel syrup in a latte and it was delicious! The staff was very friendly and had great recommendations on things to do locally! You can’t beat a Hotz coffee and a morning walk on the beach! I can’t wait to come back again!"
