"This place is horrible good luck calling them. You get through about 6 mins of automated voice prompts just to be automatically hung up on.. Not to mention the new portal sucks you're email will say you have notifications in the portal but guess what?? Nothing is ever there .."

"Had interview with counselor on the phone, provided my check stubs via internet, then received a letter stating I missed my interview appt.!! Tried calling 4 different numbers, message stating voice mail was full or was cut off. Called Tallahassee n have been on hold now for 45 minutes."

"I was sent a letter from this facility, informing me that I was eligible for Medicaid! This facility has been very difficult to connect with! When I finally made contact, the representative was barely understandable! I'm not even sure whether or not I should trust this facility to be legit! Why send letters of eligibility if you are not going to help those who could be eligible?!"

"This is ridiculous!! I call at least 20 times a day and still can't get anyone, I did get a hold of one person but she put me on hold to transfer me to Medicaid , Medicaid was closed!! I lost my Medicaid because i didn't receive a notice about an interview but then they said I had to renew that was Dec 14th and i haven't heard anything since. I'm trying to find out from DCF if i'm permently off or what . According to Medicaid I'm on Family plan!? I'm older then that and can't have kids anymore,, STUPID!!! I have to cancel all of my health specialists now... thanks a lot and I can't even get a hold of the local office and there is no one available there and the answering machine is full.. You need to answer phone calls, no one should have to call 20 times a day to not be able to reach someone."

"The was an average wait but not extreme. It was within a timely pace. All the staff had smiles on their and made sure they spoke to you,which means a lot to me, so I'm sure it's the same for others and the staff that I dealt with was very professional and yet passionate and all in one."
