"Our son has been going to Kid City Ocala for just short of a year. Last year we had to make a fast decision where to move him after we had some issues with another local program. We were a little nervous going in because our son is full of energy and is very creative. Mrs Monica and Mrs Janet have really worked with our boy, both personally and educationally. He has grown as a person and continually surprises us with how much he has learned. Our second born, Bailey, recently started there, too. Our tiny girl has gotten so much love from Mrs. Laura and we don’t have to worry about how well she is being taken care of. Mrs. Ciara is amazing at keeping things going and her communication with the parents is incredibly helpful. We are so happy to be a part of Kid City Ocala! Hannah Stucky Alexander and Bailey’s mom"

"DO NOT BRING YOUR BABIES HERE!!! My 2 yr old was having a hard time transitioning from the last Childcare place he was at for over a year with no incidents, he comes here and has trouble playing nice with friends. Most days are better than others but there is no intervention other than redirect. My boy is by no means an angry or destructive child and I have never personally seen him hurt another baby. But I've received several incident reports about him biting and pushing his friends. However, he will come home with bite marks on his arms and scratch marks on his face but I NEVER received a report about his injuries. If a child is injured above the shoulders then it's a 2 day suspension. Happens again, suspension for a week. Again, and there is a parent/teacher conference. One more time, expelled. After his suspension I was the one who requested a conference since I did not want to send him back without speaking to the teacher first. A couple more weeks went by and he was doing good then I received a call Friday morning and said he was expelled. No conference. I asked for the Owner, Sarah, to call me and schedule the conference but she has yet to call. It's been over a week. Obviously I'm no longer bringing my son here since they could care less and moved on to the next one waiting in line. Save your sanity, money and time and bring them to someone who sincerely cares about your child's well being, growth and development. Shame on you Kid City Ocala!"

"Kid City has been the best for my son. We started at kid city while we were crawling and in just a short month or two we were walking + now talking up a storm! The team there really works with the kiddos and Miss Cora has been so sweet with our boy! 10/10 recommend Kid City!"
