"Miss Rhi, Mr. S and Miss T are all amazing teachers. My oldest was there for VPK and goes back for camps. I love that they let the parents go during summer camp to chaperone. My youngest 2 are in the ones room and fours room. My girl loves Ms Julie and has grown so much in her glass. My son adores Ms April and Ms Linda and he is talking more and overall more interactive thanks to their guidance. The staff listen to my concerns and consistently update on both of their eating habits, daily schedules and naps. We love our Kid City family!"

"My son has been here since he was 1 years old. He’s now in vpk here and They are absolutely amazing !!!! It’s hard leaving your little one to go to work but they make it just a little easier knowing they actually care! Amazing teachers they are the best daycare around !"

"The ladies at this daycare will be so sweet, and say how great this daycare is. Sadly, it’s only a fake smile and fake everything with them. My daughter would get marks on the face, bite marks etc . I’d ask about it right away and I’ve spoke to the morning teacher that seemed really nice but she’s not the only one who watches my daughter… come to find out there are others as well. I asked the lady at the front for video, she said she doesn’t deal with that and that the person who does isn’t in. My daughter told me teacher hurt her after the last incident. They are abusive and irresponsible. Age don’t matter who works there but FYI younggg ppl… that has no patience with children. I would never recommend them. My daughter only had 2 full weeks there. I called the police after picking her up this last incident…I’ve contacted DCF, I’ve contacted corporate and I’ll be sure to go as far as I can legal wise. No child should have to go into someone else’s care and be hurt multiple times. They wouldn’t let me see much on video now that I demanded it, they are very sneaky in what they do & say because it was all fast forward short videos that they didn’t even let me see the incident they said happened to her and so fast it couldn’t be clear enough to see what happened either. They ended up calling the police because I asked for the teachers name’s because too many faces said they were my daughter’s teacher. As a mother, any parent would want answer… I shouldn’t be treated horrible after I’ve asked for video of what happened to my poor daughters face and let they said a “friend” bite my daughter so hard it broke skin. They felt like I was insulting them by asking for video of the incidents that kept happening to my daughter. Be careful who you take your children to. Don’t take those stranger words.. take the marks on your child’s body and your children words as well no matter what age or what not. Because my child can tell me who and what happened to her at her age.. and those front desk ladies don’t care only about the money. I have everything documented. I have printed all documentation and photos of what happened to my little one. Big scratch marks, a slap and a bite mark they will say “a friend did to her”."
