"I found Medical Xpress Outlet online ( since I live out of state) and needed someone to service my mom’s Jazzy chair. Susan went above and beyond for my mom by going to see her on a Friday night and she was honest about the condition of my moms Jazzy Chair. I thought it was damaged and that I was going to have to buy her a new one. Susan checked the chair for me and found nothing wrong with it. Boy did she save me money due to her honesty!
