"I went in due to complications with pregnancy. They got checked in and started right away. They were super fast and comforting with their work. 10/10 recommend."
"Would give zero stars if I could. Went in to be seen for a sore throat and ear, chills, and a migraine. They diagnosed me with tonsillitis due to a viral infection. Then proceeded to send me back to work with no time off even though viral infections are CONTAGIOUS. When I asked for paperwork to stay home for the day, the doctor said I couldn’t receive that because my Covid test was negative. They then gave me three different meds on an empty stomach which caused me to get sick. The worst. They were not helpful at all. I usually wait until my pain is unbearable before I can muster up the strength to go deal with these people. And even then, I usually leave with no help or feeling worse than when I arrived. It’s so unfortunate that we as Active Duty Sailors have to be seen here. They don’t care about our well being at all 0/10. I DO NOT RECOMMEND."
"Just go to a civilian hospital that takes tricare! I got to the ER at 9 I checked in at 945 they did the second checking and then I waited in the waiting room for 15 minutes went to the back. The nurse came in about 5 minutes later and told me he was going to recommend to the doctor that my 2nd degree burns were not that bad and to send me home. He walked out at 1008. The doctor did not enter my room until 1215 stayed less than 5 minutes and sent me home with a cream. 1. They need to learn that if you’re not going to treat the patient to let them leave. Mind you at 1130 I said it’s fine I’ll get my own cream. I’m going to leave and they told me I had to stay. 2. They obviously need more than one doctor. 3. They need to go in order especially if you’re not treating any of the people who come in. There’s a guy waiting at the pharmacy with me that came in after my second check in."
"I would give this 0 if it was an option. My wife went in to see about our pregnancy only to be belittled, not listened to, and ogled at by some of the staff. The lack of professionalism is almost laughable. Her arm is now swollen and bruised because the HM couldn’t find a vein. Same HM was caught staring at her chest more than once. Doctors were rude and talked down to her at every chance. Wouldn’t listen to the reason she went into the ER. Did tests on tests for things she didn’t go into the ER for. All that being said this was probably the worst I’ve seen from a military hospital. Absolutely abysmal. If you can go off base you should. You’d have a better time."
"Came in cause I’ve have Covid twice. This virus has altered my well being drastically. Came into the ER cause I was extremely weak, fatigued, joint pain, muscle aches. Was greeted by ER doctor with a sense of urgency that was unprofessional and border line neglectful. He assumed I just wanted a SIQ chit. It was the weekend. I wanted someone to make sure I was alright and didn’t require serious medical attention. If you’re active duty? Go to a civilian ER, get some real medical attention. Avoid this place at all costs."
