"The local Athletic Association isn't very welcoming to guests of the park. The City shouldn't put tax money into a place where locals are shunned by an association. Associations should treat the tax payers with more respect. No Association events were being interfered with, no equipment was being used, and no one was messing up the property. The Association does a poor job of welcoming the community and managing their participants. The horror stories about how poorly people are treated seem to have a basis."
