"GRANT PARK PLAYGROUND The reason for the three Stars is on the account the park needs a full make over. A lot of things are old there for the children and parent's that attend daily. The City should be advised of this soon. I seen first hand that community is active in the park. No water park or pool, no dog park. A inside place to cool off during the summer. A after school learning center with computers. Bigger basketball court. Tennis court. Please don't tell this neighborhood, it's no money in the budget. Our youth is our budget."
