"I go here to work out fairly often[a couple times a month on average.] It's a great park for fitness with the elevation a few feet higher up close to the main building, then dipping down as you move away from it. I see people walking dogs here whenever I pass by. I like to go later in the evening so there's no kids trying to bogart the monkey bars while I'm out there getting that $$$!"
"I feel as if the city has giving up on making this place a statement park of the city. Located in one of the best up and coming areas. Been playing here since I was a toddler Wish it got the city's help to re innovate the park."
"Love this park, clean and landsacped. Full of old growth Oaks and a variety of avian species."
"There was some confusion about the volleyball schedule. I was told many many many weeks ago that they weren't doing volleyball anymore. But I walked by the other night, and sure enough, they were playing volleyball. So I've missed who knows how many weeks of volleyball bc I was given incorrect information. But the people that work there are very nice... Even if misinformed."
"It's a good gym has a basketball court tat doubles up as a volleyball gym. Local school teams and community kids seem to train here. There is a volleyball league on Tuesdays and open gym for volleyball on Wednesday. The court is very well maintained and the support staff are very pleasant people. It has restrooms and also a gym with a bunch of treadmills in it. Parking can have up to 30 cars and parking on side of the road is available when there are school games."
