"Always delicious, my coffee is always just right, they have the best grilled cheese (taste diff at other location) staff is always friendly. Only thing is I wish they would let me choose the tip option, sometimes the barista assumes ‘no tip’ I’m sure they mean no harm! let me pay you for your amazing service"

"Verrrrry slow and disorganized. Took 20 minutes to get 4 teas with milk because they kept prioritizing mobile orders (which weren’t available in my app). Be prepared to wait a long time."

"This morning I came in to order a pup cup for my Frenchie who was about to be put down. As I said “pup cup” my eyes got teary and immediately Sheri( I think her name tag said, my eyes were full of tears) says “oh, no…is it….the last one…” I started crying and she ran around to hug me and Bella my frenchie that I was holding it was so sincere and completely needed at that moment. Asked if anything else was needed I asked for an espresso, and an extra pup cup but with chocolate. The manager on duty realized what was going on and immediately came over and said my order was on him and gave me words of encouragement. As I was waiting for the pup cups and espresso my new Starbucks friend came over with the drinks and said she was taking a break and would love to join me if I didn’t mind I told her I would love it and needed to get more goodies out of my car for Bella . Bella ate her McDonald’s and 2 chocolate pup cups while my Starbucks friend gave me words of encouragement and stories of her own fur babies. To bring someone’s drinks out is an easy task, to take a break is another easy task but to mix the 2 and bring a sincere conversation and a sense of warmth and love in a difficult moment meant the world to me. As someone who works in hospitality and has for many years this level customer service was top notch and completely unexpected, and everything I needed . I typically go to the Starbucks on stribbing bc it’s closer to me, today I went to the this one forest hill bc it’s closer to the vet. I can promise you I will go out of my way every-time I want Starbucks now, just to visit this location because of the love I received. Much love guys!!!!"

"I unfortunately had to leave after waiting for my drink after inordered for 13 minutes and any longer I would be late to where I was going. Service is slow here, no sense of regency. I ended up telling the worker to give my drink away I had to go, they offered to makenit quickly but I couldn't do that to all those who had been waiting. Hope the donation went to someone!"

"This is a really good Starbucks. The decor is clean and modern. There are plugs and USB charging everywhere, even hooks to hang bags. This is very mobile office friendly. There are also outdoor seating with giant umbrellas to save you from the sun. They have high seats, low seats, and comfortable cushioned chairs. The staff is great. I had asked what the dessert desert is and was told it was the brownie heated it. She wasn’t kidding it was EXCELLENT! Get that for dessert. You won’t be disappointed. My drink was done correctly and quickly. Staff is very friendly, but I just wasn’t greeted when I came in like I am at other area Starbucks in West Palm (Clematis St.)."
