"Because this is the nearest McDonald's to home, I have been here often. The vast majority of the time SOMETHING it wrong with my experience. Either the line is out of the parking lot or I'm missing/recieved the wrong item. Please get it together."
"Teach your employees how to operate a two lane drive thru. I shouldn't be fifth in line with two lanes and end up dropping back to 12th. This has happened on multiple occasions, so it's not the employee but the training. Inside service is almost non-existent. Food quality control is all over the place."

"I absolutely love this McDonald’s. I pass 2 other McDonald’s just to come here. It is the only one I have seen with a play place in Florida. Service is good and my meal is always perfect. Another good thing is that the napkins, soda, etc are in the lobby. I’m really glad they have a play place, it is a welcoming place for both my crawling baby and running toddler, and I get a little bit of a break too."
