"I ordered curbside pick up. Waited in the car for half hour past the promised time. Called them once and said not ready. All the food was cold. Apparently the food has been sitting there. Drinks were missing, also."

"whoever the spanish man with the short hair who was working/closed on 02/10/24 and was there still around 12:20 AM is one of the most rude, unprofessional, unlikeable people i’ve ever met. He’s not only mean, obnoxious, disrespectful, uncool, and arrogant, but he is also not a people person from my experience with him whatsoever. He should definitely not be working here or in any service job and I highly urge this establishment to reconsider having him employed here."

"My mom and I always went to chili's years ago but they were going downhill, now it seems they picked back up their good service and good quality food! The guy at the pick up area was so attentive and kind and paid attention to our order. He even hand delivered our food to us when he didn't have to! After this experience, if it continues like this we will definitely return! P.S. The ladies at the bar were wonderful to my husband and I also"

"This Chili’s is on the same “complex” of the Wellington Mall, so parking will never be an issue. I came here for an early dinner with a couple of friends (who love Chili’s) and sat at the bar. It was a little bit difficult to get the attention of the two bartenders, but they were very friendly. Although chain restaurants like Chili’s are never my first choice for eating out, the food here is not bad at all: the portions are big and their prices are very decent. They also have very good special offer in their Happy Hour, which apparently runs all day long."

"My favorite restaurant over the years has always been Chillis, no matter the location. However I have to say that today this location was lacking. The service wasn't as on point as usual. My food was cold. Not ice cold, just like they let it get cold before they served it to me. The chips were too salty, and the drinks were too sweet. It wasn't the worse, but if this was my first time, it r if it wasn't my favorite restaurant... Then I wouldn't come back."
