I am writing to bring to your attention a discrepancy in the closing hours of one of your stores, specifically the location at 1814 Campbell Dr, Homestead, FL 33033 On 1/06/2024, I visited the store expecting it to be open until 10 pm, as advertised, but it closed at 9 pm. This inconsistency in operating hours was inconvenient for me and may impact other customers. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention so that appropriate measures can be taken to ensure accurate information is provided to customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I appreciate your commitment to customer satisfaction."

"Has to be THE slowest Dunkin (maybe food service overall) in all Florida. I went in on a Saturday morning with slightly below average drive thru and lobby customers. As I walked in, I noticed three folks waiting for pickup. And they looked none too pleased. 25 minutes later I learned why. My God man! They served a grand total of 7 lobby customers in that time span. I kept checking if there was a backup in the drive thru causing the delay, but none I could've seen. And they certainly weren't understaffed by numbers. I've seen way bigger lobby crowds handled by that or less. Thankfully at the end of it all, the food was okay and I got all I ordered. :-)"

"Dunkin is my go-to place! I love that I can order/pay ahead and just pull up to the window. Avocado Toast is a great snack any time of day!"

"I ordered a sausage egg and cheeze on a buttered toasted everything bagel. Instead I received a sausage cream cheese and yellow cheese on a toasted everything bagel. The weirdest bite I have taken out of a sandwich. Make sure your orders are correct before leaving the store. Other then that the rest was ok."

"Always good service at this location but today there was a rude employee. Immediately sounded very bored (which I understand when you're working you get tired),but that wasn't the case. As she asked a question it was in a rude tone and just annoyed. We all picked up on the bad vibe, but it made it worse when I received my "coffee".it's just creamer and sugar.as you can see in the picture there's no brown at all to indicate there's coffee. I have no idea if she did that on purpose or just ran out of it and chose not to tell us. Never had a bad experience here but this is a first."
