Taco Bell

"The food is what it is for a fast food place, get me? I mean it's not a traditional Mexican restaurant. No where close. But it's a quick taco, burrito and a few other nibbles and what have you. The seasoning has gotten better and the burrito selection is a bit better (although I miss the 7 layer burrito, I have to admit.) I usually order the fiesta veggie burrito but I add steak (go figure). It's actually pretty damn good. Yes I know it defeats the purpose KAREN, but it tastes fantastic and it's my burrito so I don't know why you're getting bent out of shape... Have it your way, this is Taco Bell... You know where to go Karen, if you want your way. The power bowls are not that bad either for when you don't want to try ripping apart the soft tortillas. I swear I find myself tearing at them like a ravenous meerkat. (Do they eat tortillas?) Why are the tortillas the most difficult part of the meal to eat at TB? It feels as if they're folded like 57 times. I digress. Power bowls are good when you want the break from the industrial tarp that is known as the tortilla."

"Placed an order and two people who placed orders after me got their food. Manager was at first belligerent, then took a nonchalant tone. I had paid with a gift card, manager had a hard time refunding $$ back to gift card, she gave me cash. Observed manager preparing food, most was left unwrapped for no apparent reason, later she would come back to did and wrap. Will not be going back to this location"

"I had a fairly sizable order and came in about 10 minutes before close without realizing it, made my order at the kiosk, selected I’d pay with cash absent mindedly and didn’t think to pay first at the counter to initiate the order processing. I muddied the waters in a pretty busy closing time so I’m sure that me hovering around waiting for my order stressed the team out. When closing time came and someone who placed their order ahead of me got their order and left and I hadn’t got mine yet I asked about mine, and the worker, William, helped me figure out what went wrong and then made my order for me in spite of the fact that they were closed and I offered to just forget about it happily. William went above and beyond what I expected him to do for me, and the team as a whole looked to be in good spirits during that busier evening as well. Overall fantastic service here."

"This is ridiculous. I usually give their employees good responses on their surveys but I am extremely disappointed. I asked for a hard shell taco with no lettuce and they give me a tea spoon of beef and 4 strings of cheese. The taco is not even half way filled. I was speechless when I opened the wrapper"

"This is literally the only place i would come to on a Friday night in the drive thru. They always get my order right and are hardly ever packed, so the drive thru goes quick. Food is good and fresh."
