"Meh. Had to wait ten min for chicken and sadly they already bagged our other food so the tenders were piping hot and everything else was cold. Plus my soda was only 3/4 full. I think they pressed the wrong button to fill it. But after a 6.5 hour drive I didn't have time to care about it. Oh well now I know. It also seemed like there was possibly no manager on duty and it was a dinner rush. Burger was good I guess..."

"this happened at 2:22 AM. Terrible service, the speaker said to pull up to the window I went and placed my order on the window, the lady told me that what I was saying was impossible that the speaker never says that to the customers after that they parked me for 25 minutes. when the young guy opened the window, he was talking to me at the same time that he was looking at his phone I repeated him twice that I wanted blue cheese sauce, and he just was concentrated at his phone right in front of my face. Also, the young lady told me that there only was only 2 persons working and there was like 4. this store needs new management urgently. food was disgusting. The fries were burned and the burger didn’t come the way I order it. Also I am manager at a fast food so i know what i’m talking about. EVERYTHING BAD, NEW MANAGERS PLEASE. STORE MANAGER DOESNT KNOWS HOW TO RUN A BUSINESSES. CHECKERS FIX THIS YALL LOSING MONEY. (look at the time of their order, they handed me the food 22 minutes after) WHERE IS THE NEW BUN ?????"

"0 stars* - All i have to say is, DONT eat here. You WILL be disappointed. The lady working who opened the window looked miserable working there and comes off rude. As soon as she opened the window you can immediately smell old fryer oil as if the friers haven’t been cleaned in weeks!! The smell was extremely strong. After waiting about 5 minutes for my order a man handed me the food and i can immediately smell the odor coming from the bag. When i opened the bag you can tell the fries are extremely dark, smelled horrible and tasted awful. They were not edible. This is a safety and a health hazard to the employees and the customers! I basically come here just for their delicious fries and was extremely disappointed. ** update: I have already tried emailing checkers directly. It has been a week and I have received NO response back. They clearly don’t want to address nor fix these problems at this checkers location. Eat here at your own risk. **"
