"Today I was a victim of racism by the receptionist, she was very rude, unprofessional, I had a reservation for the company and she humiliated me by telling me that if I didn't have cash or card, she couldn't give me a room. I have been in this country for 7 years and have lived in this country for 5 years. Indiana and I had never experienced racism, I drove many hours to come here due to work commitments, bad experience"
"Rude customer service. Breakfast was a joke. They charged extra for breakfast. We placed an order for steak it was dry and burnt. Upon complaining they took the food back and did nothing about it. The staff at the hotel was extremely rude and unhelpful. They made me feel unwelcome throughout my stay."
"Gold Elite member. Rooms are OUTDATED. Bath tub needs to be refurbished and Drain unclogged. I had to take a bird bathe at the bathroom sink for those reasons. I am not accustomed to showering in ankle deep water, gross. . Please consider their Avid Hotels that are all fairly new, modern glass walk in showers and basic Free complimentary breakfast served in the a.m. Filtered water dispensers available 24/7 both hot/cold. The food from The Cafe' was undercooked, so I was unable to enjoy it.. The Ranch dressing had a funny taste to it. Just Gross TO BE HONEST. This Holiday Inn is not worth it. Please book at the Avid hotel by Orlando Airport and/or Holiday Inn next door to Avid Airport as well. Sincerely."
"loud traffic from a busy road facing view, room looked cheaply built, bed hard as a rock, ac never cooled the room enough to sleep under the blankets, $50 incidental fee hold that stays on your card for 10 days, and no complimentary breakfast. on the upside the room had a minifridge, microwave, coffee maker machine, and safe, there's shopping and food within walking distance, and the staff were nice."
